Why Wesleyan?

Thank you for your interest in Wesleyan School

Wesleyan is a small but “full activity” school and programs promote spiritual, intellectual, physical and social growth. Therefore, students are admitted on the basis of academic testing, school records, interviews and teacher recommendations. Extracurricular activities are an important part of the admissions profile for older applicants.

Wesleyan School is a member of the Atlanta Area Association of Independent Schools (AAAIS) and, as a member, adheres to the AAAIS Principles of Good Practice. You may review these principles on the AAAIS website.

We chose Wesleyan because the curriculum is challenging enough to prepare our children mentally while reinforcing the ethics that will sustain them for the rest of their lives. Wesleyan builds character.

John Ezzell, Wesleyan parent

Wesleyan welcomes applicants of diverse racial, cultural and religious backgrounds.
While the school practices a non-discriminatory admissions policy, Wesleyan is not equipped to handle international students who require I-20 forms or students who lack fluency in English.
